1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 89phwin ("89phwin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 89phwin online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 89phwin.org and any associated mobile or web applications.

89phwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 89phwin may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 89phwin account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 89phwin account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 89phwin login credentials, including your username and password. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 89phwin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. 89phwin supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits are credited to your 89phwin account wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 89phwin reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account.

89phwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

89phwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 89phwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, the decision of 89phwin shall be final and binding.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 89phwin are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product (casino games, sports betting, sabong, bingo, etc.). These rules are accessible within each game or product section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

89phwin reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account wallet. 89phwin's decision regarding the validity of any bet shall be final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on 89phwin. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by 89phwin at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89phwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 89phwin's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Termination

You may close your 89phwin account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
